organization, navigation, graphic interface, interactivity, and usability. We
also examined the pros and cons of web-based courses, effective instructional
design, the use of hypermedia and how to organize the course contents,
instructional activities, assessment, collaborative learning, synchronous vs.
asynchronous communication, and the use of additional media, such as video and
audio.
